Should you wish to make a complaint, may we assure you that we take every complaint seriously and will provide you with a response within a set time. It is with this in mind that we have prepared a formal complaints procedure, which illustrates the process that we will undertake and what action that you can take should we fail to provide you with a response that satisfies you.

Should you wish to seek independent advice regarding complaining against any NHS service, please consider visiting the Independent Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS) by following this link. This organisation offers a confidential and free service and can advise and assist you to voice your complaint in a constructive manner.
