Collection from the surgery or from a pharmacist

We can only issue a prescription for the practice where you are registered, i.e if you are registered at Crown Heights you must collect the prescription from Crown Heights and similarly with Lychpit. Most chemists also offer a prescription collection service where your prescriptions are collected from the surgery.

Please select from the list which surgery you would like to collect the prescription from which should be the surgery you are registered from, or which pharmacy that you would like us to despatch your prescription to.

You will normally be reminded on your repeat prescription slip that you need to come into the surgery to have your medication reviewed. If you have not been seen by your doctor recently it is important that you attend.

Patients who have to pay for more than 4 prescription items in 3 months or 14 items in 12 months may find it cheaper to buy a pre-payment certificate (PPC). Select this link for further details
